My goal is to empower you—to be confident in the kitchen, to feel inspired to try new recipes and techniques and to learn about ingredients you’ve not tried before.

I believe food should be healthy, delicious, shared with others, unfussy, and homegrown when possible.  I also believe food should NOT be boring, expensive, complicated or wasted.
